Gia Lobo: Business Operations and People Strategist
Gia specializes in spearheading enterprise growth and enhancing operational efficiency. With a deep understanding of business operations gained through holding a Lean Six Sigma Green belt Certification and hands-on involvement, she's been knee-deep in driving tangible results for companies. Her leadership extends across initiating and integrating the 3 pillars of our roadmap, aligning businesses strategic and operational objectives to significantly boost organizational effectiveness.

With over a decade of dedicated experience in Human Resources, Sarai has played a pivotal role in leading the creation and development of HR departments from scratch, as well as developed an expertise in addressing the unique pain points that growing businesses encounter.
Having grown up immersed in the dynamics of a rapidly expanding family enterprise, Sarai gained invaluable insights into the challenges and opportunities inherent in scaling businesses. This early exposure instilled in Sarai a passion for helping organizations navigate growth phases with agility and foresight, all while maintaining a positive company culture, ensuring regulatory compliance, and leveraging legal frameworks to support organizational goals.

Budgeting. As the Chief Financial Officer at Vehicle Recycling Services LLC, she successfully opened and operated a startup salvage business, expanding to four salvage yards during her
tenure.
As the founder of both 2-PointZero Consulting and Fivestar Consulting LLC, she has been entrusted by multiple clients to implement advanced accounting systems, troubleshoot operational inefficiencies, build budgets, and administer incentive plans. With an MBA in Finance from Golden Gate University and a BS in Accounting from the University of Colorado, she brings a solid educational foundation to complement her extensive professional experience.
